This training course explains essential wound assessment and the T.I.M.E. acronym as it relates to wound healing. Other principles of wound management are discussed, including dressing selection, signs of infection, and wound terminology.

- Identify four wound tissue types
- Identify the terms used to describe wound drainage
- Identify healthy and unhealthy wound edges and peri wound skin
- Describe the signs and symptoms of an infected wound
